As promised, I present to you the Africultures Festival 2012 style post. Just a few images reflecting great styles and pieces from the festival.
We have a group of Nigerian female performers who rocked the same wax print fabric creating an amazing aura of unity, a gorgeous woven bag which I snapped a picture of but never figured out the owner, a scarf a young lady made from scrap fabric she had at home, African shaped earrings and national costumes from Eritrea and Ethiopia.
I don’t even need words for this post, because it’s very clear. It’s all about colour, patterns, culture and Africa. An electric combination!
