Over the weekend, the Afroklectic team attended the much anticipated label launch of our dear friends Shetu Simone and Amy Iheakanwa better known as SheKudo. These Afro-Aussie girls have been fashionable kicking it since they were young and now they have a label which reflects their friendship, edgy personalities, culture and funky style.
Their debut collection infuses Ankara into everyday pieces such as denim and basic t-shirts with a dose of vintage edginess, matched up with avant-garde silhouettes a pastel colour palette. The collection was effortlessly carried by models adorned in pastel make-up with mountainous white headscarves strutting to the catchy tunes of Iggy Azalea and Azealia Banks mixed by Datfreaktaste.
