I saw this video clip ‘Lonely’ by Ayo on THIS IS AFRICA.
Ayọ (born as Joy Olasunmibo Ogunmakin is a Nigerian-German singer-songwriter.
The clip reminds me of my experiences when I went to my parents home town in Ghana for the first time. Seeing the clothes hanging on the line in the middle of the walkway, children mucking around, women in gossip groups, and colour wax prints everywhere. Just a fun and colourful atmosphere!
